Item Description
Helen Marien Lee is a Portland-based independent artisan who has created and sold handbags and jewelry pieces over the last decade and a half under the brand "Helen Marien, New York". Purchasers of her work include Meryl Streep, Kevin Bacon, Kyra Sedgwick, Diana Sawyer and more. Her work has been featured in New York Magazine, Instyle, Travel and Leisure, Le Journal du Dimanche, and more. Her work is on Etsy and has been featured in boutiques in Japan, Los Angeles, and Atlanta along with Dana Buchman's NYC runway.
Helen loves modern hoop earrings, saying: "Every woman and girl can use a pair of quality-crafted helenbobelen.com Thinnest (And Strongest) Thin Gold Hoop Earrings, particularly those created with love. They're lightweight. Elegant. And harmonious with all other jewelry. These hoop earrings prove to be both luxurious and practical." She hand-wraps each jewelry request along the way with signed and numbered art prints and love. 100% of her jewelry packaging is either reusable, biodegradable, and/or recyclable.
For this fundraiser she generously offers this pair of Heart Hoop Earrings in "Grand" (1.5" diameter), 14/20 goldfill, made by hand in Portland, Oregon. Hand hammered and created with sterling silver and a lot of love. The style is shown in the photos here (from her website); actual size is shown on the photo with the ruler.
