About Mike Betts:
Mike Betts has worked in the restaurant business since the age of 15. Professionally trained at the Culinary Institute of America, Mike has cooked in fine restaurants in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Seattle, Block Island, Nantucket and finally Boston under the tutelage of award-winning chefs such as Ken Oringer at Clio and Raymond Ost at Sandrine's Bistro. Having also had the privilege of working under a Master Chef of France in Alsace, most of Mike’s training has been based on French techniques and cooking methods, using both local and rare specialty ingredients.
Realizing that he sought to have a closer relationship with the people that he was cooking for, Mike eventually left the fast-paced restaurant business and now leverages all of his invaluable training as a full-time private chef. He enjoys getting to know his diners and catering to their individual tastes.

Exclusions / Restrictions:
- Purchaser will contact Mike to schedule the dinner for a future date per his availability
- Dinner to be scheduled on Sunday through Thursday (Fridays and Saturdays excluded)
- Limited to homes in the Greater Boston Area
