Jennifer was mentored by Aaron Spelling 12 yrs and worked with the executive producers, showrunners and staff of over 15 primetime shows. She was a three-year mentor in the CBS/Diversity Program and a panelist for the WGA and DGA and is a Writing Instructor for Writers on the Verge at NBC, a blogger for The Huffington Post and author of "Story Line: Finding Gold In Your Life Story,"" TV Writing Tool Kit: How To Write a Script That Sells," and "Change Your Story, Change Your Life" Jen ran Current Programs at Spelling Television Inc., covering all of Spellings shows including Beverly Hills, 90210, Melrose Place and Charmed. In 2004, she was promoted to VP of Current Programs at CBS/Paramount where she covered shows including Medium, Numbers, NCIS, 4400 and Girlfriends. In January 2008, Jen Grisanti Consultancy, Inc. was launched, a consulting firm helping talented writers break into the industry. Jen has worked with over 800 writers in television, features and novels. Due to her expertise and mentorship, sixty-seven of her clients have staffed as writers on television shows, thirty-four have sold pilots, and five of those pilots have gone to series.
