Item Description
The winner of this package will receive a limited edition original 16"x 20" photograph by well-known Colorado Plateau photographer, David Pettit.
Titled "Survivor", this beautiful color photo is mounted on acid-free material, signed by the artist, and ready to take to your framer.
David Pettit’s work is featured at the LaFave Gallery, 1214 Zion Park Blvd. in Springdale.
A native of Salt Lake City, David Pettit has lived in Springdale since 1980. David comes from a family of visual artists; his interest in photography was ignited when, as a small boy, his parents gave him a Brownie camera.
He has worked as a professional photographer since 1977, starting out with portrait and commercial work, and eventually moving into landscape photography.
David devotes most of his time to scenic photography, and his award-winning scenic photographs hang in private and public collections around the world. His images of Utah’s national parks, wilderness, and remote areas have appeared in major publications. Pettit also conducts workshops focusing on landscape photography.
