Established August 25, 1948, West Seattle Bowl has become part of the fabric of the West Seattle Community. The 14 lane center expanded to 32 lanes in 1959. Upgrades over the years include a state-of-the-art scoring system, new furniture and décor, bumpers for kids on every lane, new synthetic lanes and a private meeting space for 18. The new Highstrike Grill restaurant, added in 2011, has received rave reviews.
Current owners Michael Gubsch and Andrew Carl have a combined experience of 75 years in the bowling industry. They pride themselves on good service, a friendly staff and providing a clean center with modern technologies to enhance the customer experience. They also believe in giving back to the community and support fundraising efforts and local schools through discounts for charity bowling events and in-kind donations. Annually this support totals nearly $100,000.
Whether you are looking for a fun activity for your group, a team building activity, being part of a league or a birthday party location, the bowling alley offers a spacious venue along with catering and birthday party packages.
