"Zulu Nyala" is a game lodge situated in Northern Kwazulu Natal, South Africa. Package for 2 for 6 nights, estimated value is ($4950). Studio parent Cari Schnepp did this safari tour 2 years ago and would be happy to give a reccomendation!

The package includes: 6 days and 6 nights luxury accommodation for two people at Zulu Nyala Luxury Hemmingway Tented Safari Camp or Heritage Safari Lodge or Game Lodge all situated in the heart of South Africa’s Zululand conservation region – one of the richest conservation regions in Africa.

Full board, that is three delicious meals per day, prepared by the finest international chefs – with an African flavor of course.
Two game viewing activities per day guided by professional game rangers in open game viewing vehicles.
The certificate is valid for two years

My husband and I bid on and won an African Safari trip to Zulu Nyala and took our trip in 2013. We had an incredible experience! The best part of this package is the 2 safari drives every day at dawn and dusk when the animals are the most active. We had the same driver for each trip and it was fun getting to know her and the other guests. It was amazing to see all the animals on each drive, and we took over 2,000 photos. If you are looking to see all of the Big 5, you should know that there are not lions at this Reserve. But they do offer a side trip to a bigger reserve where you would have the opportunity to see lions. There are also other side trips that you may be interested in, so plan on spending a little bit extra for those! We did the visit to the Zulu school and community, and the Estuary Cruise and did not regret either one.
As for the accomodations, the rooms were nice, the food was good, and the pool area was great. We stayed in the Safari Lodge the whole week, but you have the option to stay at one of the other areas on the property. We thought the Safari Lodge had the best rooms. I hope this helps your decision making!

If you're attending the event, it is your responsibility to claim items during the check out time (10:00 PM - 11:00 PM) unless you've made alternate arrangements with the auction master.

If you're not at the event, small items (postage less than $3) will be mailed to you. Large items will be shipped at bidder expense unless you contact the auction master (studio.pto.development@gmail.com) to make alternate arrangements (pickup at the school in Northglenn).
