Imagine a place overflowing with fashion and whimsical art. This is Couleur Collection. Our store is located on the scenic coast of Maine.
Clothing and accessories are organized in a series of spaces by color palette. We search the national and global markets to find lovely, wearable clothing and accessories that help you create a wardrobe that looks great today and for years to come. We work with local or regional designers whenever possible to provide unique and creative accents for any outfit.
Couleur Collection has become well-known for its extensive selection of scarves and shawls. In the spring and fall we have shawls in solids and patterns made from lovely natural fibers and blends. Many are hand-woven or hand-made. In the spring we have light and airy shawls and scarves to accent an outfit or cover your arms when wearing a sleeveless dress. We buy from local artists when possible. Many of our vendors travel the globe to bring back the most exciting assortments.
Our most exciting item of the last few years is the SCHRAPP. It is a light-weight textured poncho that can be worn many different ways. Our customers fell in love with the item and we typically have it in around twenty different colors.
Our Gallery has 4000 square feet of wall space devoted to original artwork by Maine artists including store owner, Marcia Feller.
