Item Description
Tour San Francisco's diverse Mission District where traditional Latino and South American flavors, such as al pastor (marinated pork) tacos, collide with modern creations like cinnamon horchata cupcakes.
You’ll try bites from the iconic Mexican eatery La Palma, a Mission staple since 1953, and newer establishments like the sustainable Jewish deli, Wise Sons. Tempt your palate with Humphry Slocombe’s bourbon-and-cornflake ice cream, caramelized butternut squash tamales from Roosevelt Tamale Parlor, and more. As an added bonus, you’ll learn the importance of some of the area’s iconic murals from an art docent from Precita Eyes, a local institution.
Item Special Note
If our tour does not reach 4 sign ups 4 days prior to the event, we will reschedule for a later date.
