Ideally located on the Central Pacific Coast of Costa Rica, the charming private home Torre Baja is just one hour from the Monteverde Cloud Forest, 40 minutes from the resort town of Jaco and about two hours from the Manuel Antonio National Park. It is on the main road into the town of Puntarenas and the ferry to the Nicoya Peninsula and about 1 hour 20 minutes from the capital city of San José and Juan Santamaría International Airport.

This quaint four-bed/ three-bathroom beachfront home is located in a residential area that offers a serene getaway, outside the hustle of resort tourist industries. It is ideal for those looking to escape to a beautiful and private space amidst the local community. The property includes a private swimming pool, barbecue area, security system, and outdoor shower/cabana. Direct access to the Puntarenas beach extends about 15 miles on either side of the house and offers peerless views of the Pacific Ocean.

Amenities include WiFi, washer/dryer and a two-car carport. A detached guardhouse on site is occupied by a local couple who maintain the property and are available for hire as cook and housekeeper.
