Seattle Art Museum (SAM) has been the center for world-class visual arts in the Pacific Northwest since 1933. A SAM Family Level Membership is good for two adults and all children eighteen and under in the same household. It includes unlimited free admission for a full year to the Seattle Art Museum and the Asian Art Museum in Volunteer Park.

Materials are mailed to new members two to three weeks after receipt of your certificate. If you wish to visit either SAM location before you receive your membership materials, please call the SAM Customer Service Center at (206) 654-3210 and they will happily arrange a visit.
To activate the SAM Family Level Membership fill out the membership slip and return to the Seattle Art Museum. Form must be redeemed by November 18, 2017
