About David Davis
David Davis was well known artist in the Lowell community who worked in watercolor and gouche sometimes adding prismacolor pencil and crayon. David described himself as a colorist. For many years David was the gallery director at LowellArts later focusing on art instruction for both children and adults privately and through the LowellArts and school systems in Byron Center, Parnell, and Lowell. He also painted with artists at a downtown Lowell studio. David was a 1965 graduate of Kendall School of Design and the School of Arts and Crafts in Detroit.

Moving to Main Art Auction items that are purchased will be available for pick-up between October 4 and 21 at LowellArts, 149 S. Hudson Street, Lowell, MI 49331 during office hours (Tuesday - Friday 10am-5pm). Or, pick-up can be arranged by appointment - 616-897-8545 or info@lowellartsmi.org.
All Moving to Main Art Auction items can be shipped to the buyer upon request. LowellArts will package the piece and arrange shipping through UPS or Fed Ex. The buyer is responsible for covering the expense of packaging and shipping before the item is shipped.
