Our European Style Smoked Salmon (a traditional preparation similar to "nova", "cold smoked" or "lox") is silky, succulent and mild, with complex layers of flavors and a long, well-balanced finish.
Each 100% fresh (never frozen) premier Atlantic salmon is hand filleted and slow-smoked using a blend of fruitwoods. Share this one-of-a-kind smoked salmon – created by chefs, for chefs – as a memorable gift, or when friends come to visit.
Ready-to-serve; bones removed, thinly sliced and fully trimmed. Our signature size is the 2 lb side; each 2lb side serves 15 to 20 people; each 8 oz fillet serves 4 to 5 people
