With a military background and a Bachelor’s Degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis in Athletic Training, as well as nine years of experience working as a personal trainer, Trevon brings knowledge and discipline to his work at OMP. His specialities include: fat loss (metabolic/interval training), core training, rehabilitation, athletic performance, and balance and mobility. Having nutritional certificates in alternative and complementary nutrition, as well as practical nutrition for fitness professionals, and diet, Trevon incorporates a diverse skill set in each and every one of his personal training programs.
