FOURSOME AT GRANDE OAKS

A golf foursome at world famous “Bushwood Country Club” of Caddyshack fame.

Bushwood, which is now Grande Oaks Golf Club, is a private membership only club located in Davie, Florida. Now you can have the chance to play this iconic course yourself, along with three of your favorite duffers.

This Raymond Floyd designed Par 71 course more resembles a course you would find somewhere other than Florida, with elevated tees and greens, rolling hills and lush oak trees on the course. Drive from the tee boxes played by Chevy Chase’s Ty Webb; hit from the fairways played by Rodney Dangerfield’s Al Czervik; and, make believe that you are putting with you own “Billy Baroo” putter like Judge Smails. After your round, walk to the clubhouse and recite Bill Murray’s famous Carl Spackler “Cinderella Story” speech – but just don’t use your driver on the flowers. 

LUNCH WITH TONY SEGRETO, IN SOUTH FLORIDA

Tony Segreto was one of the most experienced and trusted anchors on South Florida television. He was an integral part of the NBC 6 news team for 40 years. A South Florida native, Segreto played baseball and football in high school and had professional offers from the Houston Astros and the Baltimore Orioles. Instead, he proudly says, he opted for a career in broadcasting. 

Segreto is enthusiastic about the community in which he lives and works and is involved in numerous charitable organizations. He serves on the boards of the Dan Marino Foundation, Boys and Girls Club of Broward County, 211 Broward, The Community Foundation of Broward, and Forever Family. Tony is proud to be a spokesperson for the Make-A-Wish Foundation and St.Jude’s Children Hospital. 

Tony's commitment to education is evident as he sits on the Board of Trustees at Nova Southeastern University, as well as the Advisory Board of NSU and the Advisory Board for the NSU Huizenga School of Business. Segreto chairs the Sports Advisory Board at NSU. He is also a member of the Orange Bowl Committee, and recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the Miami Sports Commission. Segreto has been the PR Ambassador of the South Florida Super Bowl Host Committee which recently hosted its 10th Super Bowl. Segreto is so highly respected in NFL circles that he has been the pitch man to NFL ownership for securing other Super Bowl dates in South Florida.

Since his retirement, Segreto has proudly joined the Board of Directors of BBX Capital and is a consultant for Ultimate Software. Tony is also the ambassador for Hialeah Park Casino. He's also the co-founder of Segreto-McCain partners a consulting and executive coaching group.
Segreto also serves as Director of Athletics & Team Solutions for The Pacific Institute.
