February Point is a private, gated community of individually owned homes situated on an 80 acre ocean front peninsula that extends into the surrounding spectacularly clear, calm, turquoise water. Guests enjoy full access to the resort marina, bar and restaurant, private beaches, ocean front infinity pool, tennis courts and fitness center.

 Many of the local charter boat and water sports operators are located at or leave from the February Point Marina which is located just across the street from the Villa. Favorite spots to explore, like Stocking Island, Chat N Chill, Fowl Cay and Mariah Cay, are all within a 10-15 minute boat trip on the calm surrounding waters.


The Villa itself is located directly on the water with it's own private backyard, gazebo, deck and dock, photo attached.  If you just want to enjoy your own privacy at the Villa this is a great place to relax and enjoy the view and the surrounding water which is calm, clear and just 2-3 feet deep right off our deck. 

As you can see from the attached photo's there are also several nice private beaches at February Point nearby the house.

A brand new beach club, ocean front infinity pool, restaurant and Spa have opened up just a few steps from the Villa.

There are also a myriad of beautiful beaches nearby on Great Exuma and just across the water on Stocking Island, most of which are almost totally uninhabited. You can go from beach to beach all day and see hardly anyone. It's possible to visit 3 different beaches a day for a full week and not run out of ones to see with each one being nicer than the next.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 of which have beautiful panoramic ocean views with king beds and a 3rd kids bedroom with 2 single beds. We also have a combination playpen/bassinet to accommodate an infant and an inflatable bed that can be placed in any of the bedrooms  for a 7th guest.

The  master bedroom has bath en suite and the other 2 bedrooms share a bath. The living room, dining room and kitchen are downstairs. The Villa is in immaculate condition and features designer appointed furnishings. Netflix enabled TV, high speed wireless Internet and an Internet and local phone are included.

Arrangements can be made to have the Villa caretaker stock the house with groceries at cost plus $75 service charge.


If you like to explore, Villa 'H' at February Point is a perfect location and jumping off point for anything on or around the water. Please see the attached Activity Guide to get an idea.

There are direct, non stop flights to Exuma's Georgetown Airport (Code is GGT), on American Eagle from Miami (55 minute flight on 100 seat jet), United from Fort Lauderdale ( 75 minute flight on 34 seat turboprop), Delta from Atlanta (2 hour flight on 80 seat jet) and Air Canada from Toronto (3 hour flight on 80 seat jet). There are also 5 daily 35 minute connections from Nassau on either Sky Bahamas, www.skybahamas.net, or Bahamasair, www.bahamasair.com, to Exuma.
