Enhancing the Essence of Chocolate.

Enjoy a unique CHOCOLATE KITCHEN TOUR in a world class kitchen!

We invite the winners to spend 45 - 60 minutes in our chocolate/dessert kitchen to catch a glimpse of our work and taste some fabulous desserts. We plan to: 

- show the chocolate enrobing (coating) machine in action;

- demonstrate two to three of our most frequent manufacturing techniques;

- offer a small dessert tasting, accompanied by coffee, tea or hot chocolate;

- offer a special take home gift for each visitor;

 The kitchen visit will have to be planned ahead and coordinated with the SWEET55 production team. Suggested schedule: Thursday or Friday, 5:15pm - 6:15pm.  (No children younger than 14.)

 Manufacturing the best Swiss chocolates abroad is the formidable challenge and responsibility of SWEET55, a small Artisan chocolatier in Half Moon Bay, California. By embracing its Swiss culinary heritage and working exclusively with sustainable Grand Cru couvertures from cacao procurer Felchlin, SWEET55 produces all chocolates freshly and in small batches, always merging supreme texture with finely tuned flavors. This means never blending chocolates with the overpowering aromas of secondary ingredients. 

In our new store in Half Moon Bay, chocolates and cookies are available individually or in elegant gift boxes. We proudly serve Espresso from Tico Coffee Roasters in Campbell, as well as our own signature blend of hot chocolate. Taste our hot drinks together with our moist and seductive chocolate cake, fruit tarts, puff pastry apples and more!

 We accept custom orders and ship chocolate gifts to your family and friends within the United States. Item Special Note

Tour will be held at SWEET55's location in Half Moon Bay. 

The ONLINE auction closes on Sunday, March 26 and will transition to a live event “silent auction” on April 1 at Magic of the Coastside. The “up to” maximum bid received – either online or at the live event – will be the winner.
