Item Description
Start your weekend with the highlight of your Sonoma County visit, a VIP tour, wine tasting and lunch for 8 guests at Hirsch Vineyards in Cazadero, CA, the most iconic Pinot Noir vineyard on the extreme Sonoma Coast. Normally closed to the public, this is a rare opportunity to experience the Sonoma Coast and enjoy the devastatingly beautiful views of the vineyard overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Taste through David Hirsch's sought after pinot noirs and chardonnay at a rustic table amidst the vines while enjoying light wine country lunch prepared by The Farmhouse Inn and Restaurant (Michelin starred). It is truly an adventure to visit a place Jay McInerny, of the Wall Street Journal, referred to as “a grand cru California vineyard” located at what feels like “the end of the world”. Once you’re back home (or before then!) you’ll be able to remember this adventurous journey with three magnums of 2014 San Andreas Fault Estate Pinot Noir.
After your tour head to the quaint town of Occidental, where you can enjoy your $100 gift certificate at the famous fine Italian family style dining establishment, The Union Hotel and Lodge.
The following day, travel to Balletto Vineyards for a complimentary wine tasting for 4 and two bottles of their highly acclaimed Pinot Gris.
