Sign up for this unbeatable combination and learn the basics of robotics while designing games for your robots to play! Participants will get hands on experience controlling and programming Spheros and Ozobots in a variety of games and then also design video games using Scratch, Roboblockly, Sketch Nation and other programming tools. All of this will take place in an iMac lab with plenty of space to move around and experiment.
Classes are for 4th-8th graders and take place once a week after school at La Entrada and are taught by Parker Kelly. With a masters in Instructional Technology, Parker has an extensive background in technology education at the 4-8 grade level and has been the technology teacher at La Entrada the past 17 years.
