Item Description
Antique Early American Pattern Glass Iowa City Glass Covered Pheasant Dish. This piece dates from the late 1880's and it was made by the Iowa City Glass Co in Iowa City, Iowa. Iowa City Glass was in business for a very short time. This piece measures 7 1/2" high to the top of the finial on the cover and it is 8 5/8" long and 6" wide. The base has the 1-0-1 border and the cover has a frosted pheasant finial. There are no chips, cracks or scratches. Own a piece of local history!
