Item Description
Learn how a typical D1 program lifts and what will be expected of your athlete at the next level. Learn how safety and lifting technique effect on-field performance. Learn the proper progression of lifts for maximum performance. All levels of experience are welcome. Coached by certified Eleiko and NSCA strength coach and former D1 decathlete Sean Cooper.
The four sessions are on May 16th, 18th, 23rd, 25th from 7:30pm-8:30pm
