Point Reyes National Seashore Association is delighted to partner again with our Bolinas friends at 2 Mile Surf Shop and Coast Cafe for a fun introduction to surfing the Marin coast at the southern end of Point Reyes National Seashore.
This offering includes a beginner's group surf class at 2 Mile Surf Shop for one person, with rental gear (board, wetsut and booties) for three hours.
Plus, take advantage of a $100 gift certificate from Coast Cafe, nestled in the heart of Bolinas, a local restaurant making fresh, locally grown and caught food, and an artful and diverse beverage menu, for you and your family.
2 Mile Surf Shop, the most comprehensive surf shop in Bolinas, specializes in longboarding and beginning surfing needs. They sell new and used boards of all sorts and sizes, wetsuits, apparel, sandals, wax, fins, sunscreen and just about anything you need to catch waves and spend the day at the beach.
They also teach lessons for individuals, groups and have summer surf camps as well. From experienced to beginner, your every need is their concern. Check out their extensive rental selection of over 70 surfboards for all level of surfers. Only 522 steps to the beach, you can put on your gear at the shop and walk to the ocean!
In addition to their food, wines and beers, Coast Cafe features lives music, special events, and is available for parties.
Whether it's a birthday party for four or a rehearsal dinner for forty, Coast Cafe can accomodate your special day. They have a beautiful room and outside patio, and their chefs will make a special menu just for you. All winning bids made above fair market value are tax-deductible.
