The lucky winner of this lot will be the proud owner of two magnums of 2015 Littorai Pinot Noir signed by Heidi and Ted Lemon. These wines have never before been released in magnum format. These wines are meant to be aged for 10-15 years, if not longer, and will reward those who wait to enjoy them. They are perfect for any special occasion.

2015 Savoy Vineyard Pinot Noir (Anderson Valley) - value: $250.00
Tasting Notes:
Vibrant raspberry, black cherry, wintergreen, rose petal, redwood needle, moss, and autumnal forest floor. The 2015 Savoy has marvelous richness, great acidity and excellent tannin structure, all in great intensity and concentration. This will drink wonderfully in the next 2-5 years and before many of the other 2015s. The balance is so perfect, it may age longer than any other also.

2015 One Acre Pinot Noir (Anderson Valley) value: $280.00
Tasting Notes:
Candied notes, violets, floral tones, sarsaparilla. One Acre is very forthcoming and aromatically complex in the 2015 vintage. This is followed by mouth-coating tannins, lovely concentration and finally, very fresh acidity. Long and full of promise, it will undoubtedly show better at a younger age than either Cerise or Roman, its companions from the hillsides above Anderson Valley. These were some of the most perfect, tiny clusters of shot berries I have ever seen. Watch out.

*This is a lot to take special note of. Littorai is a small, family-owned winery using biodynamic methods that produces around 5,000 cases. It received the prestigious Environmental Stewardship Award by US Congressman Jared Huffman. The highest bidder will receive 2 rare magnums specially chosen and personally signed by Winemaker Ted Lemon. Only a small amount is bottled in magnum, as they are hand waxed and labeled.  Rarely offered on auction, this is a very special lot for the true connoisseur of limited production Pinot Noir.
