Use your $50 gift certificate to Rick and Ann's Restaurant, where simple, comforting foods with universal appeal, prepared with organic and local produce make them a true Berkeley business.
Oakland Zoo is a non-profit organization, managed by the East Bay Zoological Society. Founded in 1922 by Henry Snow, the Zoo has been located in its current Knowland Park location since 1936. Nestled in the rolling hills of 525-acre Knowland Park, the Zoo is located off Highway 580 and is home to more than 660 native and exotic animals.
When Rick & Ann's Restaurant opened in 1989, they felt something had been missing in Berkeley -- a restaurant serving the dishes they relished in their childhood. Whether it's their cornmeal pancakes or gingerbread waffles for breakfast, their grilled flank steak sandwich or our turkey burger for lunch, or their pan-seared red snapper or our chicken pot pie for dinner, they have something to please everyone!
Come explore, learn, and eat well in Oakland and Berkeley, bid today!
