Item Description
Offered here is a 3L can of Quanta Luna Gaudenzi frantoio of Extra Virgin Oil inported from the Umbrian region of Italy by The Lincoln Standard in Lincoln, Vermont.
This olive oil is bright green, illustrating it's freshness, and is meant to be eaten within 18 months from when the olives were harvested. While the scent is fruity, the taste is bitter and spicy.

Made with olives of the Moraiolo, Frantoio and Leccino varieties harvested in October, starting with the fifth moon after blossoming.
