Redemption of voucher is subject to availability. Vouchers can only be redeemed directly with the Chalet Kilauea Collection by telephone; vouchers cannot be redeemed by internet or other methods. Vouchers not valid during periods of high occupancy (for example: weekends, holidays, peak travel months, and special events). Voucher may only be used once; if only a portion of the printed value is redeemed, the remainder is forfeited. An unused portion will not generate cash; vouchers carry no cash value. Vouchers are valid for room rate and applicable taxes only (not valid for incidental charges such as gift shop charges, extra person charges, breakfast, etc.). Expired vouchers may be used with an administrative fee of $50.00 plus taxes.
