A professional service quality audit report in a three to five star hotel consisting of: a) one restaurant or bar; b) the front desk; and c) and two guestrooms.
Hotel Service Quality Audit by Baron Consulting (BC) BC is a highly educated team with 220 years of international business experience and unrivaled expertise mainly in: hospitality service quality auditing, mystery shopping, research, and learning. BC researched and developed an innovative methodology to enhance overall business practices. The main purpose of BC is to: a) enable organizations to stay ahead of their competitors by identifying operational practices, policies, and procedures for improvement; and b) to research and enhance products, services, and standards with the aim of improving financial performance. The service quality auditing team is lead by a faculty member with over 31 years of international hospitality experience and eight years of hotel management school.

The report format is narrative based on fact with recommendations and consultation. The report will be emailed approximately five business days after check out unless an alternative method of delivery is requested. The report will only be discussed with the person the report is submitted to. The duration of the service quality audit is three nights. The service quality audit team will check in to two guest rooms on a Thursday and check out on a Sunday prior to February 1, 2018.
The exact dates may be requested, but not guaranteed. The location of the service quality audit is within any of the following greater areas: Boston, MA; New York City, NY; Newark, NJ; Philadelphia, PA; Toronto, ON; Ottawa, ON; Montreal, QC; Jacksonville, FL; Orlando, FL; Tampa, FL; Sarasota, FL; Fort Myers, FL; Miami, FL; Ft Lauderdale, FL; and West Palm Beach, FL.
The hotel/bidder may request other hotel locations, but other hotel locations are not guaranteed and if approved, the hotel/bidder agrees to reimburse BC for all other hotel location related travel and transportation immediately after check out. The hotel/bidder agrees to reimburse BC, for all hotel folio balances and hotel cash purchases immediately upon check out.
The hotel/bidder will not receive the service quality audit report until all reimbursement has occurred. The hotel/bidder will forfeit the report if all reimbursement has not occurred within five days after the day of check out. Any and all legal disputes arising under this silent auction item/BC hotel service quality audit, or related there of shall be mediated and if necessary arbitrated according to the provisions of the American Arbitration Association or the Canadian Arbitration Association. BC consultants disclaim any liability with respect to the report and the hotel/bidder decisions that are taken based on the report. The hotel/bidder understands that BC is not engaged in rendering legal, accounting, or other professional services.
