Item Description
Deputize someone fierce and fearless with our silvertone lapel pin based on the original historic wagon wheel badges of the Texas Rangers, which were hand-carved from Mexican five-peso coins. The pin features an easy-release back. The lone star is encircled by a wreath of olive and oak branches, representing peace and independence. From the earliest settlements in Texas, experienced frontiersmen rode the range to protect the citizens from outlaws or Indian attack. Eventually, the Rangers gained worldwide fame as a fighting force. As part of the Texas Department of Public Safety, they continue to serve as the states leading investigative law enforcement agency.
Item Special Note
Please note that a shipping charge will be added to the winning bidder's charge if they not present at the IAEM Annual Conference & EMEX in Long Beach, California, when the auction ends or if they do not pick up the item before the Silent Auction booth closes.
