Hotel reserves the right to refuse the certificate at any time. A credit card is required to hold your reservation. Twenty-four hours is requred to change or cancel reservation. Reservations changed or cancelled within 24 hours of scheduled arrival will result in a fee equal to one night at the prevailing rate for all elements included in the package to the credit card used to confirm the reservation.

Reservations that are confirmed and not consumed will result in forfeiture of the certificate or a fee equal to one night at the prevailing rate for all elements included in this package to the credit card used to confirm this reservation. Any remaining nights of the reservation will be forfeited. No substitutions allowed. Unused portions of certificiate will be forfeited. Certificate has no cash value, and will not be re-issued or replaced if lost, stolen, damaged or misplaced. Expiration date is firm and will not be extended under any circumstances, including lack of availability.
