With private instruction, I can take the time to really understand you and your body and lead you through a practice that is specifically designed to meet your needs and to ensure maximum benefit.
In a private session, I can fully support you in each pose and offer therapeutic poses to help shift movement patterns and reduce chronic pain, boost healing from injury, and help with stress and overwhelm.
I will share tips and tools that you can use in a home practice as well.
