Item Description

Typically used for nabemono, a one-pot meal of broth, meat, and vegetables cooked at the table and enjoyed communally. Made by Iwachu, one of the leading ironware crafters in Japan. Nanbu Tekki, or ironware, has been produced in Iwate prefecture for more than 400 years, and is highly regarded by the Japanese for its beauty and ability to retain heat.
