MY BIO BY WINEMAKER JORDAN FIORENTINI
The 2012 Ingenuity will invade your being with West Paso, as its aromas and flavors hit all the senses; there is no denying its roots. While both feminine and masculine character, this wine tells the tale of Rhône grapes grown on our calcareous and fractured shale hillsides – intense, bright, intriguing, juicy, mouth-watering and spicy! With its explosive combination of black, blue and raspberry fruits, sweet licorice, blood orange, grilled herbs, tartare and violets, Ingenuity does our beloved terroir justice with a rollercoaster of flavors.

MY BIO BY WINEMAKER JORDAN FIORENTINI
To look at Grenache Blanc and Viognier, you might think, “what would their kid look like?” Well, these two have hatched an equal-parts lovechild as our newest generation of Epoch White. Like a good child, she represents the strengths of both her parents. Sporting all the sea-salt minerality, grapefruit, white flower, and fresh hay of Grenache Blanc, and her Viognier roots contributing ginger, rose oil, and fresh peach, the combination is fresh and bright, yet weighty and age-worthy: the perfect union.
