Description:
One (1) conceptual landscape design for a residential property following The Sharper Cut's unique design process. Their award-winning design team is led by a licensed landscape architect. The winning bidder can choose either: Front Yard Curb Appeal, OR Backyard Living Space.
The auction winner will receive:
- Two (2) conceptual plans (which are used to create the final plan)
- One (1) final design
The design may incorporate outdoor living room elements, including, but not limited to:
- Patio
- Deck
- Outdoor Kitchen
- Plantings
- Fire Features
- Pool
- Water Features
- Pergolas & Pavillions
- Putting Greens/Sport Courts
Process
- Initial client meeting and site visit held at client's house.
- Review concept at The Sharper Cut office in Upper Marlboro, MD.
- Review finalized concept at The Sharper Cut office in Upper Marlboro, MD.
Item Special Note
The design includes one (1) revision.
Final design does not include additional planting, lighting, irrigation, or other specialty plants. There is a 10% discount on any additional design services at time of initial consultation.
Topographical survey and 3D walkthrough are not included.
This item will expire one year from the date of the 2018 auction.
Property must be within a 30-mile radius of this event.
This item will be available for pick up from Geneva Day School after the auction. At the winning bidder's request, the item can be shipped via USPS or Federal Express. Bidder is responsible for all shipping costs. Please contact auction@genevadayschool.org to make arrangements.
