Los Angeles is like no other city. The Conservancy's Walking Tour Program explores the history and heart of our amazing city through interpretation of L.A.'s unique architectural resources. Since 1980, the Los Angeles Conservancy has introduced countless Angelenos to the rich history and culture that downtown's architecture has to offer.
Our regularly scheduled walking tours, led by skilled volunteer docents, focus on the architecture of Los Angeles' historic downtown. Click the name of the tour at right or below for more information.
Angelino Heights
First Saturday of the month, 10 a.m.
The Angelino Heights tour explores the architecture and history of this charming Victorian neighborhood east of Echo Park and south of Dodger Stadium.
Art Deco
Every Saturday, 10 a.m.
The Art Deco tour is an in-depth look at the history, materials, and style of Art Deco architecture popular in Los Angeles in the 1920s and 1930s.
