The weather in the Pacific Northwest can put a damper on outdoor workouts, but you can always count on a great sweat at Orangetheory Fitness. This gym is located in the Timberland Town Center with easy access to the world's most effective 60-minute workout.
Our Orangetheory workout is backed by the most recent science. You'll wear a heart monitor as you challenge yourself through three different blocks that each offer 12 different stations. The workout varies. On any given day, you may be hitting cardio equipment followed by a strength or stability exercise with the goal of keeping your heart rate in the Orange Zone.
Our experienced trainers will motivate you through the challenging course as they play music and use microphones. The trainers will be invested in your progress and are always available for lifestyle advice during or after class. Their motivation, along with the rapid pace of the 60-minute session, will leave you wanting more. Don't worry, though; your metabolism will remain revved up even after you leave the gym.
This offer is only valid at Orangetheory Fitness Cedar Mill. This prize is non-transferable and non substitutions or cash equivalents allowed. This certificate is valid to be used onlu by the winner with proof of ID. The 3-pack of classes must be used by July 31, 2018.
