Breathwork is an active meditation technique that efficiently and effectively facilities emotional release. Together we will clear stagnant energy in the body and restore balance to stress response systems. By doing so, you become your own healer, releasing limiting belief patterns, anxiety, repressed trauma, anger, grief and symptoms of PTSD and addiction. We will work to calm an anxious mind, reconnect you to your intuition and creativity, and to open your heart to gratitude, trust and love. Sessions are 1 hour. Date and time to be arranged. Sessions are offered in the comfort of your own home.
