- Evening Tranquility Herbal Tea (1.5 oz package): Organic spearmint, lemon balm, chamomile, and rose petals.
- Arnica oil (1 oz): Arnica oil is a great remedy to have on hand for your first-aid kit. This plant is a magical wonder worker if applied immediately after an injury. Bruises, soreness and swellings you expect to show up never do. I can testify to this time and time again. You can also use this on tired, sore, overworked muscles, sprains and strains, ligaments, tendons and backaches. Avoid use on broken skin and open wounds.
- Muscular Aches and Pains Remedy Salve (1 oz): We love the smell of this resinous Cottonwood bud salve. Sticky Cottonwood buds contain salicylates which are analgesic (pain relieving). They also contain anti-inflammatory properties as do the other herbs we have combined in this remedy. Our Muscular Aches and Pains Remedy Salve also reduces bruising, trauma and speeds healing.
