Join chef Dianna Daohueng for an exclusive evening at Black Seed Bagels. She will share the secret to the perfect honey-boiled and wood-fired bagel while you and nine guests will receive hands-on instruction on rolling your own bagel dough and working with wood ovens, as well as tips on curing your own salmon. After baking off the bagels in the wood-fired oven, enjoy your creation with a variety of cream cheeses, Champagne, and smoked salmon.
