Item Description

These two 1 pound chocolate bars are distributed by Cocoa Outlet in Kealakekua and created from single-origin, Hawaiian cocoa beans cultivated & nurtured in the rich volcanic soil of Waialua on the North Shore of Oahu. Waialua Estate’s cacao trees are a special blend of Criollo, Trinitario and Forastero varieties sourced from some of the finest cacao estates in the world. The Kokoleka 38% (the percentage of cocoa mass) milk chocolate bar has a wild fruitiness that is tamed by the intense creaminess of the milk. The Kokoleka 55% semisweet chocolate bar carries a bouquet of tropical scents with just enough sweetness to be deserving of the name.
