This lovely original oil painting on canvas by Patsy Greenwell portrays the Kealapuali homestead in Kona Mauka, where famed adventurer Isabella Bird stayed and wrote her observations about life on the ranches of Hawaii Island. Looking at this painting you feel a sense of history and you wonder about Isabella Bird's life and everything she experienced. The unframed canvas measures 12" x 16".
