Item Description
The successful bidder for this item will receive Laura Santi's breathtaking depiction of Troma Nagmo, a Tibetan Buddhist deity associated with Chöd practice for the pacification of suffering. The drawing shows the entire visualization of this ancient practice.
Ms. Santi began her art career as a graphic designer and then met her spiritual teacher, Swami Chetanananda Saraswati. The halls of his ashram were lined with thangka paintings and she fell inlove with the art form. In 2000, Swami Chetanananda met Lama Tsering Wangdu Rimpoche and became an initiate into a second lineage, which he passed to his students, and to Laura, and her interest turned into her passion.
Those interested in commissioning an original painting of the deity of their choice should visit Ms. Santi's Etsy page.
