Three seasons of chinese cooking; Autumn, Winter, Spring.
The principle of harmony between what we eat and the season is based on hundreds of years of practical experience. During three classes – one each during summer, autumn, winter, and spring - you’ll learn basic Chinese dietary theory and the health benefits of eating foods and herbs for the particular season.
A total of eight people will prepare ingredients and cook together, then enjoy a communal meal, with leftovers to take home.
