With 4 bedrooms/4 bathrooms, plus sleeping loft, this is a unique and elegant gathering spot for friends and family. The main house has three bedrooms with king beds, a sleeping loft, and three bathrooms. The adjacent guest studio has a king bed and bathroom, plus a seating area. Restrictions: No smoking, no parties, no amplified music outdoors, no pets, no more than 8 guests. Not available during holiday periods. Four consecutive nights. Must be used by April 2020. Use subject to availability.

 
Cleaning Fee: $250 which must be paid directly to the owner of the home. 

The House:
This secluded estate is a special gathering space for large groups or families. The main house has three bedrooms with king beds, a sleeping loft, and three bathrooms. The adjacent guest studio has a king bed and bathroom, plus a seating area. 

Children are welcome and will enjoy children's books, wooden blocks, and the outdoor play area. 

The extra-large cedar spa is the height of rustic elegance and relaxation.

7 minutes from the Healdsburg Plaza, 2 minutes from the renowned and charming Dry Creek General Store, and surrounded by vineyards, the location gives you the best of both worlds: easy access to all that the Dry Creek Valley has to offer, and seclusion and serenity. 

Healdsburg is in the center of Alexander Valley and Dry Creek Valley. World-renowned wineries surround this estate while downtown Healdsburg is a close drive or bike ride away.

Downtown Healdsburg has world-class restaurants including Charlie Palmers Dry Creek Kitchen and the Single Thread. Charming boutiques and galleries surround the historic town plaza.

(1) Main House Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and double vanity.

(2) Guest House Master Bedroom: King bed, ensuite bathroom, seating area. Large closet fits crib.

(3) Main House Guest Bedroom: King Bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and vanity. 

(4) Main House Guest Bedroom: King Bed.

(5) Main House Guest Loft: Double bed, semi-private.
