About Solminer 2016 Dry Riesling Riverbench Vineyard - A special bottling sourced from the Riverbench Vineyard in the Santa Maria Valley. Dramatically sited on the "bench" or bank of the ancient Sisquoc River, the vineyard enjoys a cool climate and alluvial soils perfect for growing Riesling.

This Dry Riesling showcases gorgeous fruit and herbal flavors as well as a soft minerality and bright acidity. Secondary flavors like slate, apricot, orange blossom, baked apple, and pear linger for a nice long finish.

Enjoy this wine with with chicken, grilled winter vegetables, creamy cheeses, butternut squash soup, and apple pie.
