Artist Statement:

Design is in the details. I love beach combing, it's a total delight to the senses and good for the soul. I love when you find that one piece that stands out, the beauty catches your attention and grabs hold. This sculpture is representational of that love. The love of all things coastal, the beauty in the slight nuances of color and texture. I hope this brings to light our beautiful beaches.

Artist Biography:

Christiana Plum holds a fine arts degree in Interior Design from Syracuse University. She lives and loves all things coastal. She started her own residential and commercial interior design studio, Beach Plum Interiors, located in the heart of Marblehead. Her motto is, 'Everyone deserves to live beautifully in a way that fits their lifestyle.' When she is not designing she can be found meandering the north shore with her son at farmers markets, combing the beaches, kayaking, practicing yoga or riding her beach cruiser. She has called Marblehead home for over 15 years. She is passionate about all things family, home, design, architecture, spirit and community. While her name is Christiana, she's known as iana.

Item Special Note

Pick-up of purchased cods will be July 9-14 at Lizzy Loo, 108 Washington St, Marblehead during normal store hours. The winning bidder will receive a notification email with information on pick-up time and location.

If winning bidder requires shipping, winner's credit card will be charged a separate $24.95 fee to cover USPS ground and handling. Shipping is available within the U.S. only and must be requested within 7 days after receipt of the notification email.

Any cod purchased via "Buy Now" will remain on display at the hosting business through the end of the auction, and will be available for pick-up as detailed in the winning bidder notification email.

If winning bidder has not picked up cod (or provided shipping address) within 30 days after the close of the auction, cod will become the property of Marblehead Festival of Arts, Inc.
