By combining high-intensity interval training, metrics tracking, and the most motivating instructors in the country, Flywheel classes help increase endurance, boost energy, and get you in the best shape of your life.

We believe in strength in numbers. Your numbers. Our technology measures your progress in real time and over time so you can see when and how you improve.
Every workout is full of challenges, and we’ll coach you through each one. Big-screen TorqBoards at the front of our stadium show who’s in the lead during a ride. Whether you’re ‘on the board’ or not—participation is optional—your fellow riders will help you push even harder.
Let’s talk first time. Ever try a new workout and feel like everyone's judging you? Better than you? Leaving you to figure things out on your own? We’ve all been there, so we DON’T do that. While our workouts are tough, our vibe isn’t: we welcome individuals of all fitness levels, shapes, and sizes so whether you’re crushing triathlons or have never been on a bike, you can ride with us. From check-in to cool-down, cycling shoes (they’re complimentary!) to bike settings, we’ve got you covered every step of the way.
Because variety makes things more fun (and you even stronger), we also offer Precision Training, off-bike workouts available in select studios as well as in-app with a membership.
