This exclusive auction item will put the trifecta of chefs at your disposal for one extraordinary evening. Jonathan Moosmiller, executive chef at Southern Hills Country Club, is a member of an elite group of chefs known as Certified Master Chefs (CMC). Michael Fusco has been a cornerstone of Tulsa food for decades. He has hired, mentored, taught, and molded most of the best chefs and cooks in the city. Rounding out the trio is Saint Mary’s resident gourmand, Father Jack Gleason.
These three connoisseurs will treat the winning bidders to a custom menu, with each course artfully paired with wines to accentuate the flavor of each dish.
This feast for ten will be cooked and served at the home of Kym and Thomas Brophy and co-hosted by Cynthia and Eric Lundt, Jill and Phil Van Trease, Amanda and James Zink.
The winning bidder has a choice of three dates in 2020: January 10, January 11 or February 7.
