Item Special Note
Carl Orff’s now famous approach to music education teaches by doing, directly involving students in their own learning. In this tradition, Lexington Symphony brings together local artists of all ages to perform Orff’s best-loved composition, Carmina Burana, in an unforgettable concert event for the whole community. Featuring Lexington’s own Master Singers chorus, honors choral students from Lexington High School, and talented young soloists from nearby conservatories.
Every year, our Holiday POPS! program explores a different facet of this most wonderful time of the year. Celebrate tradition with family and friends, and experience the magic of the holidays with us!
