The Rooster Run Golf Course started as pancake flat pastureland. Meandering through the property were three creeks. Along their beds grew native willows, cottonwoods and oak trees. These creeks and two ancient trees were incorporated in the design of the golf course, a total of 370,000 cubic of soil was moved to shape the course. As a result, the course features undulating hills, six lakes and the areas only island green. There are thirty-nine fairway and green-side bunkers, adding to the challenging play of the course.

Follow airport signs to I-880 North toward Downtown Oakland.
Keep right to take I-980 East toward CA-24/Walnut Creek.
Merge onto I-580 W toward San Francisco.
Continue on I-580 towards Richmond/San Rafael.
Cross the Richmond Bridge (Portions Toll).
Merge onto 101 N. Follow 101 N to Petaluma
Take the E. Washington St. exit
At first stop light turn right onto E.Washington St.
Travel about 1.2 miles and turn left into Rooster Run Golf Club, 2301 E. Washington St.

Take I-80 West toward San Francisco.
Merge onto CA-37 West toward San Rafael until you reach 101 North.
