ABOUT BENTLY HERITAGE
Inspired by the distilleries of the old world, we use only our own grains grown right here on our ranch in Nevada. Bently Ranch sustainably grows and harvests winter rye, wheat, oats, and barley which we malt in-house on our own malting floor.
Our hundred-year-old Minden flour mill sits proudly on the National Register of Historic Places. Once the largest operating mill in the area, today it has been restored to modern LEED-certified standards. The mill once again processes grain — only this time to create some of the finest spirits in the world.
Our goal is not only to set a new standard for sustainable production in the state of Nevada, but also in the world. As stewards of this planet, every person has the responsibility to better use our environment. Minden and the Carson Valley are an oasis of green and wide-open spaces, rich in history. This must be preserved and we will do our best to ensure it remains intact.

Source One Single Estate Vodka, Wheat & Oat blend
A single-estate vodka distilled from 100% grains that were grown on our own ranch in Minden, Nevada. Oats and wheat produce a silky mouthfeel with a bright finish.
Source One’s water comes from the historic Well One, which is fed by the high Sierra snowmelt and dedicated to our distillery. Twice-distilled to perfection and produced in small batches and finished in copper pot stills.
TASTING NOTES
The oats lend the spirit a rich mouthfeel and sweetness, while the wheat adds hints of nuts and cereal; the finish is clean and bright. This vodka has all the hallmarks of a classic, with just a bit more body.
Atrium Gin
A single-estate gin distilled from 100% grains that were grown on our own ranch in Minden, Nevada. Produced from ten different botanicals in small batches then finished in copper pot stills and triple-distilled to perfection.
TASTING NOTES
Bright notes of lime and grapefruit hit the front of the palate, developing into a floral and earth bouquet. This is a tremendously bold gin with flower-forward complexity that evolves across a spectrum of experiences from lavender to roots to earth, and spicy savory notes.
