Main course choices always include a meat (beef, pork) option, fish or chicken option and a vegetarian option. With a Business class ticket, you can order meals adapted to your dietary restrictions by phone, 10 days before departure.

For breakfast, VIA Rail provides a selection of catered-type meals that also include fresh fruit, a warm croissant and a selection of hot beverages.
